International Symposium on Future Food Health and Safety Technology Innovation

尊敬的各位专家、学者及同仁:

食品安全与健康的中国式现代化,是国家实现强国战略的伟大目标之一。当前,我国食品工业已进入以“营养与健康”为导向的转型发展期,迫切需要依靠科技创新,突破“卡脖子”技术瓶颈,实现食品工业健康转型升级。为贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会中皇冠足球体育“构建多元化食物供给体系”等决策部署,助力建设农业强国、推进乡村全面振兴、增强高水平人才培养,由华南农业大学主办、华南农业大学食品学院承办的未来食品健康与安全科技创新国际研讨会将于119日在广东广州召开。

Dear Experts, Scholars, and Relevant Personnel,

The modernization of food safety and health in China is one of the great goals for the nation to achieve its strategic vision of becoming a strong country. Currently, China's food industry has entered a transformative phase guided by "nutrition and health." There is an urgent need to rely on technological innovation to overcome "bottleneck" technologies and achieve a healthy transformation and upgrade of the food industry. In order to implement the decisions made at the 20th National Congress, including the establishment of a diversified food supply system, and to support the construction of a strong agricultural nation, promote comprehensive rural revitalization, and enhance high-level talent cultivation, the International Symposium on Future Food Health and Safety Technology Innovation will be held on November 9 in Guangzhou, Guangdong, hosted by South China Agricultural University and organized by the College of Food Science of South China Agricultural University.
